		<description>It&#039;s show and tell isn&#039;t it? But if you can avoid the careerism and cant it&#039;s an opportunity to listen and engage. As regards affecting a change: 
collections are central to academic culture, custodians less so. The latter have a niche in the academy as practitioners and experts so long as they continue to operate under the twin principals of preservation and access and effectively engineer solutions to meet this challenge.</description>
